Community First Village
9301 Hog Eye Rd, Austin, TX 78724
I've not yet had a chance to stay here, so I can't properly give you any personal experiences or opinions. However, it looks like the AirBnb website covers a lot and people seem to really enjoy it. "100% of recent guests gave this home's location a 5 star rating."
The tldr: Community first village is used mostly by the frequently homeless, but is visited by many other people for the experience. You sleep in a teepee, that does not have to be shared with anyone else. Washers, dryers, wifi, free parking, a bathhouse, outdoor kitchen, dog park, and chidren's playground are available on site or nearby. Friday nights are movie nights and other workshops and events happen regularly. The pricing varies slightly by when you stay, but it looks like its usually between $15-$30 dollars with the most common being $18. Fans are provided to beat the heat.
