Daiquiris To Go
543 S Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207
I have good news and bad news: I was in the prime of my alcoholic days when I lived in Dallas and I always had to stop here on my way home from school. They open at noon, because some days you just can't wait! That's the good news.
The bad news is that when you drink a 60 of Captain every other day, everything is kind of a blur. I think I remember these tasting good. Why else would I keep getting them? But I had also built up such a strong tolerance that I can't say they had that much of an effect on me, although I've heard other people say they're pretttttttyyyy strong. And for what it's worth, I was also told by most people the liquor in them tasted pretty cheap. However, I just found this article on Thrillest saying they can't use actual liquor and be within the law, so they make some rum-tasting concoction out of wine. Interpret that as you will.
